This afternoon the Wisconsin State Assembly passed the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. The legislation previously passed the State Senate and now heads to the Governor’s desk. In March, Gov. Scott Walker sent an open letter in firm support of the legislation, saying, “I will sign that bill when it gets to my desk and support similar legislation on the federal level.
