The IRS vs. the Church

The IRS targeting of Tea Party and other conservative groups prior to the 2012 election was an unconscionable abuse of power for which accountability and punishment have been noticeably absent. But this was and is not the only use by the Obama administration of the power to tax to attempt to destroy its political opponents. All that the Church is and has is held in trust for all future generations and belongs to all people including the atheist for when he decides he wants to become Catholic. The Church teaches a Gospel from Genesis to Apocalypse and is comprised of all saints in heaven, on earth and in purgatory. In a court of law, only the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth is allowed all else is perjury. The truth is that parishioners have paid their fair share of taxes as citizens and taxing their church is to double tax; taxation without representation. two taxes one vote.

The FFRF is atheism. Atheism is unconstitutional since "or prohibit the free exercise thereof." trumps any claim in a court of law. If the court allows atheism, the government is imposing and establishing atheism as a religion which it is not. Atheism is a belief, an unproved assumption by some individuals who claim total control of our constitution, which they do not.
