Scientists in Australia have grown the world's first kidney from stem cells – a tiny organ which could eventually help to reduce the wait for transplants. The abstract for this paper says they used human embryonic stem cells. News reports maybe wrong. I am looking into it. Maybe too soon to celebrate.
