Religion is man's response to the gift of Faith from God, in worship, speech, press and peaceable assembly. There can be no religious test to be a citizen or elected official. Government cannot redefine man's response to the gift of Faith from God without redefining who man is and how man is created, with body and soul, rational, immortal soul. Man, redefined as having no immortal soul becomes a beast of burden to the state. The state is constituted through the sovereign personhood of man, without man as he is created and endowed, there is no state, European Union etc.
