Gay Former Teacher Sues Archdiocese After Being Fired for Having IVF


A teacher fired after becoming pregnant through artificial insemination was expected to tell jurors her version of events as the trial in her lawsuit against a Roman Catholic archdiocese and two of its schools entered its second day. Christa Dias has sued the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and the schools over her 2010 dismissal, contending they fired her simply because she was pregnant and unmarried.

IVF endangers the health and wholeness of the newly conceived human being, a freedom this teacher does not have. All teachers as public servants teach "in loco parentis" that is only what the parents want their children, their un-emancipated legally minor children, children without informed sexual consent to give, to learn. The rest is unlawful arrest and imprisonment in a public school classroom
