"the mandate does not constitute a substantial burden on religious freedom."...because the mandate destroys religious freedom, the belief in our Creator, unalienable rights to free will and the freedom to speak only the truth. Contraception is a lie and perjury in a court of law. Contraception says that the physical abuse of the human body is good and must be promoted thoughout the land, using tax money and coercing the person to do evil against their conscience, their own free will and their own religious freedom.

The judge has sworn to uphold the constitution which calls for freedom of the citizen in his relationship with his Creator.
