It is legal to demonstrate as long as one continues to move but it is illegal to stop, kneel, and pray. “Dozens of people have already been arrested over the weekend for kneeling and praying in front of the White House,” noted WorldNetDaily.
The public places are the property of all sovereign persons who constitute government, sovereign citizens, the taxpayers, who own the public square in joint and common tenancy, you own it all and I own it all… under God.
The First Amendment proclaims freedom to peaceably assemble and petition the government for redress of grievance. What is more grievous than not being allowed to kneel and pray in the Public Square? The expression of freedom through a man’s human, sovereign soul, has no equal on earth, not in a man-made, artificial, constituted by the man’s free will and sovereignty government, not in an obliterating and deconstructed dictatorship inveighing against nature and God’s endowed unalienable rights.
