Up until eighteen years of age and two months (sixty days) after emancipation and legal maturity, a sovereign person can sue for any damage that is done to them while they were un-emancipated and unable to give informed consent. A sovereign person is legally emancipated at eighteen years of age and can give informed consent. Abuse of a minor child takes many forms. One is testing Plan B on the legally minor un-emancipated person. Another is not being a medical doctor prescribing severe medication without knowing the patient's medical prohibitions, allergies and chemical sensitivities and being uneducated in the life saving procedures for persons with such conditions. Abusing the sovereign persons’ civil right to give informed consent is cause for lawsuit. All minor persons must get witnesses and track evidence, finger prints, cell phone images and tapes even to not swallowing the Plan B. Once they refuse permission for evidence producing cell phones you got to know that they are not for your best interest. Being dead is a real bummer. If you survive, I would contact a legal professional and another legal professional to track the first legal professional. Politics makes strange bedfellows.

Did everyone here, including Cardinal Dolan, vote in his or her last school board election? Not to vote is to vote.

I am so not a robot -- a robot would enjoy better eyesight and find the robot-vetting no challenge at all.
