I googled David R. Kammerschen, PHD, to find out where he taught. One of the first things his bio says (and it is a pretty long bio) is that he did not author "Tax System Explained in Beer". I am definitely against anything that promotes class warfare, and feel that there has to be more (some!) accountability in Government spending. But for someone to write something like this and put another's name to it, just to make the article seem more legitimate, is just plain wrong.

Hey Patty

Thanks for the heads up. I thought it was simple, to the point, and funny. I posted it early this morning after receiving it from a friend. I was heading out to work and didn't have time to check it out. Nevertheless, I might point out that when something is this reasonable it does not require a PHD to remain as such. I have removed his name from the post. It is now written by an Unknown Author.
