Abortion supporters are getting very anxious these days. Even as Planned Parenthood fights in court for its funding and pro-abortion lawyers take a few pot shots at some of the milder abortion restrictions to come out in the past year, the movement remains incredibly gun-shy of many new, innovative pro-life laws.

Sally Steenland of the pro-abortion Center for American Progress does a good job of summing up the perfect storm that some pro-life state lawmakers are hoping to create first with 20-week bans, then with heartbeat bills, and then *gasp!*…personhood amendments:

A Sovereign Personhood Amendment is already on the books. It is called The Declaration of Independence. When two become one "our Creator" endowes the newly begotten human being with unalienable and sovereign personhood, moral and legal innocence, through an immortal soul to know, love and serve God. God gives His own Name to the newly begotten creation. The soul cries out to his Creator: "I AM" and the human body grows in pursuit of Happiness, an unalienable right endowed by I AM WHO I AM.
This must end here, but Roe v.Wade must prove that when two become one, there is no soul begotten and to do this Roe v. Wade must prove that there is no God WHO endowes a human being with his LIFE. Roe v. Wade cannot exist in the absence of God. Only the devil exists in the absence of God, so everybody know where Roe v. Wade comes from. Human sacrifice is the chief form of worship of the devil. Roe v, Wade has no sovereign authority to worship the devil. "Only God will you worship"

The Dred Scott decision could not stand up once the Civil War began and Abraham Lincoln started freeing slaves little by little. Let's work and pray that this little-by-little legislation will bring about the demise of Roe v. Wade without an accompanying civil war.

Twelve years after the ratification of the Declaration of Independence, our constitution was ratified.
"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
A generation of children have learned that their brothers and sisters have been denied to them by Roe v. Wade. Roe v Waders have obstructed our Posterity from becoming citizens in the U.S. and have not secured the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity. Roe v. Waders have put to death our constitutional Posterity instead of granting them Liberty…because Pelosi said that they have to be aborted because “WE” cannot afford them (Jan 2009)while Pelosi flies her brand new private jet back and forth to California twice a week at a cost of several million dollars.
The newest generation is not buying the lies and hypocrisy. They miss their Posterity and demand to know: “Where are they?” Well, for one, I pray that the 55,000,000 aborted souls visit Obama, Pelosi, Blackmun, no wait, innocent souls do not go to hell. But that these aborted sovereign persons who constituted America, even while still unborn, visit their murderers some night or day enmass and demand to know “Why have you destroyed my body?” And a word of advice: Do not stand next to Obama, Pelosi, Cuomo on that day or you might get hit with burning sulphur or brimestone. “Where are they?”

CITIZENSHIP IS THE CRITERION FOR DISTRIBUTING TAX MONEY (because the tax money belongs to the taxpayers even while it is being administered by the administration)
The money the federal government is threatening to withhold from pro-life states and does withhold from Catholic Schools because of political correctness does not belong to the federal government but to the people, United States citizens. To withhold public funds from any citizen because of belief is unconstitutional(This is the rational for funding abortion. Now, let us apply the same law for prolife constitutional agendas). If public funds maintain public students, public funds must maintain private students because all persons are citizens. Citizenship is the criterion for distributing tax money. Otherwise, it is called taxation without representation, a vote against the common good, a vote against the will of the people for the common good. Those who would argue otherwise have already forfeit their citizenship by denying to someone else their unalienable rights.
Yes. And it appears that medical rationing will be applied according to the same rules that our tax dollars are being withheld because of religion, pro-life or other discrimination, especially sexual discrimination.
Let it be known that bullying Indiana for refusing public funds to private Planned Parenthood business is fascism. Bullying Indiana with their own tax dollars is cowardly.
