The police invading the privacy of another's home needs to be altruistic, above reproach and innocent. Since no man but Jesus Christ is innocent, the police need Justice David's warrant. Two witnesses establish a judicial fact that perhaps it is for the common good that a person's home be investigated. What Judge David did was esmasculate, eradicate abrogate and nullify his own sovereign authority vested in him as a judge of the state. Judge David annihilated the state and the state's authority to act for the common good.

a habit of stopping by Judge David's home at all
hours, just to have a look around. What basis would
he have to complain?
